IMPRO

This is a POS software package for retail business.

There are several versions of the software. The lite version is free to use for small single store operations as well as for trial of the larger version for a bigger operation. This free-to-use version will let you enjoy complete features of a Point of Sale (POS) system. These features include product search by barcode scanning, hold/fetch bill, multiple payment methods (cash/ credit card), bill printing, item-wise or overall discount, refund payment, exchange goods, end of day sale and so on. Multiple stores and multiple users could be accommodated in the system. Users can have permissions at different levels. Customer database can be created and maintained. This is protected by a data backup process incorporated into the system. It is possible to set individual credit limits and similarly implement a reward points/loyalty program. Exchange voucher expiry dates could be set easily.

Adjustment of stocks, stock transfer is possible quite easily. Vendor database management, raising PO, tracking received goods, setting maximum retail prices at the time of receiving tracking of expiry of material are features available for use by the store. Products management with barcode print support, managing company brands generics are possible. Use of POS terminals as well as printing of checkout bills is featured. Holding and then retrieving of bills is possible. Search of products is possible at the sale point. The pharmacy version will let you check for doctor and/or patient names. Barcode scanners could be integrated to the POS terminals of course. This is a very good product.
